Our work:
*Lukhanyo Sikwebu holds a Marketing and E-Commerce diploma. 2005.
*Wrote and produced a feature film titled uMalusi. It was distributed nationwide by South Africa’s biggest film cinema distributor, Sterkinekor, in 2009.
*In 2013 - Lukhanyo was part of Africa’s largest soap opera, ‘Generations’, in the script department.
*2009 – 2015, wrote an educational soap opera titled “D-Siders” for Mxit telecommunication network, via a European based company – Every1mobile, with over 250 000 readers in total.

*In 2013 - Lukhanyo wrote a novel titled Maria’s Child. The novel pertains to the psychological effects of rape.
*2015 - joined Tswelopele Productions, as Production Manager and Publicist for channel SABC3’s TV show - Win a Home. The show attracted 710 000 viewers and was the highest viewed show on SABC3 channel at the time of its airing.
*2016 - Lukhanyo was a Series Producer at Okuhle Media, co-producing episodes (Brood en Botter) for the VIA channel.
*2017 - Became the national head of Professional Development Projects within the Writers Guild of South Africa.
*2017 - He created a web text based series titled Chameleon. It is loosely based on his novel titled 9 Hours - https://www.facebook.com/chameleonseries/
*2017 - Lukhanyo became the director of a film production company Indy Pendant Films.
*2017 - Wrote Mzansi Magic’s TV 12 episode series, Ingoma.
*2018 - Content Manager at Aware.org, an alcohol abuse reduction NGO.
*2018 - 2019 Became Treasurer and Head of Capacity Building within the Writer’s Guild of South Africa.
*2019 – was First Assistant Director for a feature film ‘ Valedictory’ directed by SAFTA award winning director Jahmil Qhubeka and SAFTA award winning Producer Layla Swart.
*2021 - released a novel titled Nine Hours, nationwide, in all major book stores - hard copy and digital. Nine Hours - the Feature Film - treatment - Youtube link: https://youtu.be/UCOY6D5l1zA
*2022 - Lukhanyo became Casting Director for a feature film Hammarskjold, where he was Co Producer. Film was produced by his Indy Pendant Films.
*2022 - Lukhanyo founded Iconic Media Capital.
*2023 - Lukhanyo self-published a novel titled Reborn - a Naomi Mandisa Nel Story (the sequel to his published novel Nine Hours).
